Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with various welding processes, materials, and equipment. As a Senior Welder, you will be responsible for executing precise and high-quality welds, interpreting technical drawings, and mentoring junior welders to maintain production excellence and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Gas welding operations on metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.

Set up, calibrate, and maintain welding machines and related tools.

Inspect and test welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.

Supervise and train junior welders and apprentices to ensure skill development and adherence to quality standards.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company and OSHA safety protocols.

Collaborate with fabrication and design teams to improve welding processes and productivity.

Identify and resolve welding issues, defects, or material problems efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/ITI/Certification in Welding, Fabrication, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

Strong knowledge of metal properties, joint configurations, and welding symbols.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
