Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fitter / Electrician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and safely. This dual-skilled role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot both mechanical fittings and electrical circuits in an industrial or commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical components, machinery, and equipment.

Perform electrical wiring, panel installation, and maintenance of control systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and electrical breakdowns efficiently.

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety and quality standards.

Maintain records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare part inventories.

Assist in new equipment installation and plant upgrades.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Electrical, or related trade.

Minimum 2–4years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance.

Sound knowledge of mechanical fitting, electrical wiring, and equipment safety.

Ability to use tools, instruments, and testing devices safely and accurately.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance procedures.
