About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries professionally, and a passion for achieving targets. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services/products, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain and update customer databases on a regular basis.

• Schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and close sales when possible.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Report call outcomes and feedback to the team leader/supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.

• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong work ethic.
