Role Overview:
A Telecaller plays a key role in driving business growth by engaging potential and existing customers through phone calls. They are responsible for building positive relationships, promoting products or services, and addressing customer queries to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

   • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
   • Answer inbound calls and provide information about company offerings.

2. Lead Generation:

   • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
   • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships to foster customer loyalty.

4. Problem-Solving:

   • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
   • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

5. Record Maintenance:

   • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
   • Update CRM systems and provide regular activity reports.

6. Target Achievement:

   • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
